Dr. Lynnette Bardolf, Ph.D.

Lynnette served in several key leadership positions throughout her nearly 25-year military career as a U.S. Army Officer. Lynnette retired from the Army achieving the rank of Colonel; a rank achieved by only a small percentage of officers in their career.


Lynnette served as the Chief of several military clinics and was afforded many opportunities to successfully manage change and to lead individuals and groups in solving complex problems in areas such as personnel, business issues, and patient care-related problems. She has been extremely successful in managing budgets, conceptualizing new programs, and assisting and overseeing schematic planning efforts. While on active duty Lynette attended the Army’s Combined Arms Staff Service School and the Army’s Command and General Staff College.   


Lynnette earned her Ph.D. in the field of Audiology from the University of Florida. She has served as an Adjunct Professor at the University. Lynnette has written several research grants for research proposals and has been awarded over 1.4 million dollars in grant funds.


Lynnette maintains her focus on both business/leadership consulting and audiology-related consulting and patient care. Lynnette is an avid researcher and keeps her skills fresh participating in Audiology-related research programs.


Along with her impressive academic record, Lynnette holds a license and Certificate of Clinical Competence to practice in the field of Audiology and is certified as a Kirton Adaption-Innovation Psychometric Inventory Practitioner.

Don Weaver

Don Weaver is a retired U.S. Army Aviator, Test Pilot, and Instructor Pilot in the AH-64 Apache series aircraft. During his military career, he attended the Maintenance Test Pilot Course, the Instructor Pilot Course, and the Aviation Safety Officer Course, creating unique opportunities for success across multiple career fields


Don not only held many leadership positions during his military career, but also during his civilian career, which includes positions as a Standardization Instructor Pilot, Senior Aviation Analyst, and as a Program Manager. His operational success, unique qualifications, and leadership style led him to serve as the Chief Pilot for a principal helicopter maintenance contractor, where he was responsible for the leadership and management of over 225 aviation personnel.



Don holds a Master's of Arts in Executive Leadership from Liberty University and a Bachelor's of Science in Professional Aeronautics with a minor in Aviation Safety from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Additionally, he is a graduate of the John Maxwell Leadership Certification Course and is a certified practitioner of the Kirton Adaption-Innovation Psychometric Inventory.  


Don is certified as a Federal Aviation Administration Commercial Pilot and Certified Flight Instructor/Instrument Instructor for rotary-wing aircraft. He is also a Federal Aviation Administration licensed Airframe & Powerplant Mechanic.
